BIPA leads the way in personal care, beauty and wellness products in Austria, Croatia and Romanian.
bipa.at – With around 560 branches, the company is Austria’s leading local chemist. Its product range includes international branded goods as well as own-brand products such as BI CARE, BI LIFE, BI HOME, bi good, LOOK BY BIPA and BABYWELL. There is also the BIPA Online Shop for convenient shopping from home. BIPA employs around 4,300 staff in Austria and trains approximately 180 apprentices. At BIPA Croatia, customers find great promotions and can test concepts or product range trends that are also suitable for other BIPA countries and vice versa. BIPA Croatia employs around 1,000 staff and has 150 branches across the country. A particular focus for BIPA Croatia is supporting women in a wide variety of social roles.
bipa.ro – BIPA has been operating in the Romanian market since 2026. The first branch was opened in Bucharest, with further locations set to be added gradually in the coming years. In Romania, BIPA is positioning itself with a wide range of drugstore products tailored to the local market, covering personal care, beauty, household goods, baby care and wellbeing. Customers can expect a range of over 12,000 items across more than 15 product categories, including over 1,000 brands and around 1,500 own-brand products such as BI CARE, BI LIFE, BI KIDS, bi good and LOOK BY BIPA.
