From Rigid Shipping Rules to a Scalable Fulfillment Framework<\/h2>\n

At the heart of the collaboration between toom and fulfillmenttools is the implementation of the Agentic Order Management System, which orchestrates both shipping orders (Click & Deliver) and pickup orders (Click & Reserve) are orchestrated based on actual availability. This further improves both customer satisfaction and the profitability of Click & Deliver orders.<\/p>\n

The goal is to efficiently manage Click & Deliver orders across various shipping channels while making optimal use of existing fulfillment capacities. This involves the use of fulfillment centers, and in the future, stores and connected dropshipping partners as well.
