Premiere in Munich <\/h2>\n

To kick off our CSD summer, we participated in Munich\u2019s Christopher Street Day for the first time at the end of June with our own truck. Together with our employee network DITO, colleagues, friends, and family members took to the streets to send a clear message of diversity, respect, and solidarity.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

More than 30,000 participants and around 200,000 spectators turned Munich\u2019s CSD into an impressive statement in support of an open and diverse society. Right in the thick of it: our REWE Group truck and many dedicated colleagues who made diversity visible.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Record in Cologne<\/h2>\n

Just one week later, Germany\u2019s largest Pride event, ColognePride, took place. On July 5, the CSD parade wound its way through downtown Cologne. About 60,000 people took part in the parade, and a total of about 1.5 million visitors came to Cologne \u2014 more than ever before. Under the slogan For Queer Rights \u2014 Many. Together. Strong!<\/q> they sent a powerful message in support of equal rights and social cohesion.<\/p>\n

In the middle of the march, around 400 colleagues were also represented alongside DITO \u2014 on the RWE Group truck and in a large group of marchers.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Sunday, we once again felt that the CSD generates a very special energy. The atmosphere on the float and in the marching group is almost impossible to put into words, and many participants feel proud to be part of an employer that visibly supports and celebrates diversity,<\/q> says the Head of Event & Travel Management and DITO spokesperson.<\/span><\/p>\n

2026 we supported ColognePride for the fourth consecutive year as the main sponsor \u2014 yet another sign of our long-term commitment to diversity, respect, and a discrimination-free society.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
