The REWE Group pursues a diversified financing strategy. In 2023, having previously used promissory notes to cover its long-term financing needs, the REWE Group decided to utilise the capital market as an additional source of financing by issuing a bond. To link the sustainability strategy with the financing strategy, the initial transaction was designed as a sustainability-linked bond. In 2025, another issuance followed, in which two benchmark tranches were placed in the form of a Eurobond.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
