management positions by 2025. We offer more opportunities to help employees achieve a healthy work-life balance and have launched a range of projects and initiatives. These include the Women\u2019s Drive programme, which empowers women who have already taken their first steps in management, and the f.ernetzt network, a regular discussion forum involving almost 1,000 employees and female managers. Furthermore, the REWE GROUP is a partner of the Cologne-based association Mit Frauen in F\u00fchrung (With Women in Management). These measures support our aim of achieving gender equality in leadership positions. REWE retailer Semai Akale\u2019s success story is a case in point. Her career has been characterised by ambition, a thirst for knowledge and her belief in herself.
