Vocational training: Retail Management Assistant

Retail personnel at REWE Group are working on the front line. They ensure that the current product range in the store is available in sufficient quantities, win over our customers with their competent advice and manage the business processes of the store.

During your vocational training as a Retail Management Assistant at REWE Group you will learn everything about assessing demand and the acquisition of goods, you will manage the flow of goods into the store and learn about warehousing and controlling goods. You will also increase your advisory and sales competence for direct contact with customers.

Our training and development officers will give you all of the corresponding theoretical expertise you need for the reality of the job in specialised seminars.

You can start your vocational training at REWE, PENNY or toom Baumarkt.

As a Retail Management Assistant you will make a difference at REWE Group by:
  • Selling and advising in the store
  • Assessing demand and acquiring goods

This is what you should bring with you:
  • A-levels or an intermediate secondary school certificate
  • Good or satisfactory grades in the subjects German and mathematics
