Vocational Training as Office Clerk

Training in various commercial departments at the corporate Head Office makes office clerks flexible and ready for a wide range of tasks. The job of an office clerk is thus very diverse and always interesting. The training course includes varied work activities in the many different departments at REWE Group’s Head Office. The focus of the training lies on departments like Finance, Accounting and Human Resources. But trainees are also introduced to departments like Marketing, Purchasing and Sales. In dealing with internal and external customers as well as with order processing you will learn how to use modern means of communication. In addition, trainees learn how to plan, organise and carry out work procedures.

Aside from the practical contents of the training, we also use project works and regular internal instructions to impart everything else office clerks have to know. This gives trainees all the know-how they need to succeed in passing the final examinations at IHK.
