Nachdem der langfristige Finanzierungsbedarf in der Vergangenheit im Wesentlichen durch Schuldscheindarlehen gedeckt wurde, hat sich die REWE GROUP im Jahr 2023 entschieden, durch die Emission eines Bonds den Kapitalmarkt als weitere Finanzierungsquelle zu erschlie\u00dfen. Um die Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie mit der Finanzierungsstrategie zu verkn\u00fcpfen, wurde die Deb\u00fcttransaktion als Sustainability-Linked Bond ausgestaltet.
