Certification in accordance with GLOBALGAP, the internationally leading standard for agricultural production, is required from the producers.

This quality system for agriculture defines binding requirements for fruit and vegetable cultivation with respect to traceability of the products, compliance with regulations for hygiene and food safety, reduction in the use of pesticides and environmental and occupational protection.
