Occupational Safety

Occupational safety is an important topic for REWE Group. Occupational safety is intended to sustainably improve the safety and health of employees and to ensure it in the long term. The most important issues are regularly examined and, where necessary, new priorities are set. The latest topics include preventing of robberies, skin protection and avoiding musculoskeletal strain.

REWE Group's health management incorporates company medicine aspects, health promotion and occupational safety. The responsible experts provide advice and support for employees working in stores, warehouses, production sites and in administration. This involves cooperating with human resources managers and others responsible for personnel, the general works councils as well as the Group's works council working meeting (AKBK).
