What's so special about this new offer? The customer receives a 7-day freshness guarantee and the promise that the arrangement will look exactly as it does on screen.
Large choice of colourful compositions
Whether you want to say Happy Birthday or Get Well Soon or perhaps just Hello, PENNY offers a wide range of different bouquets. Customers can choose according to the occasion or the price category.
You can also send the lucky recipient a box of chocolates or a bottle of Prosecco and of course a greeting card too, with individualised text. The range changes constantly and picks up on seasonal themes, with lovely autumnal designs at the moment.
Delivery within 24 hours
If you've just remembered a birthday in the nick of time, the flowers will have to go out quickly. That's why bouquets and gifts are delivered within 24 hours. Dispatch is either via standard or express delivery. For standard delivery, DHL generally delivers the flowers on the specified date. Only in isolated cases can delays of one working day arise. With express dispatch, however, you are guaranteed that the flowers will be delivered by 1 p.m. Once delivered, the customer automatically receives a confirmation of delivery by e-mail. If the recipient is not at home, the flowers may be left with a neighbour or the courier will attempt to deliver them again a little later.
PENNY also lives up to the expectations customers have of a discounter. The delivery costs are low and service fees - normal for other providers - are not levied.
PENNY'S standards for the freshness and quality of the flowers are exceptionally high. If, however, a complaint should arise, the customer will immediately receive a replacement bouquet or his money back; an email to PENNY'S customer service will suffice.
