PENNY Launches Its Own Online Travel Portal

Dertour’s "Reisewelt" brand combines offers exclusively for discounters


PENNY is considerably expanding its online travel offerings by introducing its own dedicated portal. On Monday, March 3, customers can go to www.PENNY-reisewelt.de to find an appealing array of trips to classic destinations such as Turkey, Greece, Italy, Germany, and Austria – and even to distant destinations such as the USA, South Africa, and Asia. The packages offered are put together exclusively for the PENNY online site by the Dertour "Reisewelt" brand and are all marked by an especially attractive value for the money. PENNY has already successfully been selling travel deals over the internet since 2004.

A central feature of the homepage with its user-friendly design is the changing "weekly special". The special is supplemented by six permanent categories for "Beach and Culture Travel", "Wellness", "Family Holidays", "City Tours and Events", "Active Holidays", and "Cruises". Customers visiting these categories will find three to five specialised travel offers grouped by subject and interest that are available for up to three months through the portal. All trips and tours can be booked via a hotline (Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 0.14€/minute) or conveniently online, whereas the site only displays the periods still available for bookings.
