Store clerks make sure that current products are available in sufficient quantity at all times to meet customers’ needs. Training for clerks familiarises trainees with all the essential retailing processes from merchandise deliveries to the store to final merchandise sales. It focuses on receiving goods, preparing them for sale and storing merchandise.

Trainees learn how to advise customers, how to speak to customers when making sales and of course how to add up purchases and take payment. In addition, our human resource developers use special seminars to provide the appropriate know-how for practical work on the job.
