District Manager in 24 Months
Our Trainee Programme in Sales is aimed at university graduates and other tertiary degree holders who see themselves pursuing careers in a sales and marketing field. We offer you the opportunity to prepare to lead a sales district independently as a district manager in just 24 months. The Trainee Programme in Sales is subdivided into four phases in which you can make targeted preparations for your future job duties. First you learn about the processes within the store. To prepare for your duties as a district manager, you also assume independent management of a store. You then take on your own sales district after this intensive introduction.
Your Trainee Programme in Sales might look like this:
| Phase I: Getting familiar with all the duties and processes in a store along with training to be a store manager assistant. |
| Phase II: Work as a store manager assistant along with a practical introduction to the job of a store manager. |
| Phase III: Work as a store manager including independent management of a store. |
| Phase IV: Introduction to the job of a district manager and acquaintance with the relevant Head Office departments. |
You attend specialist and leadership seminars already during your Trainee Programme in the Full-range Sales Division that give you targeted preparation for your future leadership duties.
